Description
JIMI HENDRIX - On The Killing Floor (The Swingin' Pig/TSP-012/1989) Box is Mint, like new. Vinyl is Mint-, like new.
This is a 3 lp box set on white, marbled vinyl - has a milky wave to it - that has tracks from the Konserthaus in Stockholm, Sweden from December 9, 1968, 1st and 2nd shows. Some stellar renditions of Red House, Voodoo Chile and Spanish Castle Magic, amongst other gems. All done up to the superb standards by which the Swingin' Pig produced all of its releases. Has the original pig sticker on the front cover and includes the original inner sleeves. All in all, one of the nicer if not the nicest Hendrix fan club box sets ever produced.
This lp comes from the collection of a 40+ year Hendrix collector who also happened to be an audiophile. Nearly every lp listed from his collection is top quality, has been cleaned on a VPI machine and has been placed in acid-free, lined inner sleeves.
