JIMMIE SPHEERIS -  You Must Be Laughing / Decator Street  (JS 11549), 1984.
Incredibly rare single released shortly after the death of Spheeris.  Spheeris was riding home on his motorcycle, having just completed work on an album when he was hit by a drunken driver and killed on July 4, 1984.  This single was released shortly thereafter in anticipation of the album's release.  Spheeris, at the time, had no recording contract with any major label and the album sat dormant and unreleased (well, it was bootlegged/counterfeited) for 16 years.  
This 45 does not carry any Record Label designation and is not found in any discography, price guide or internet search.  One of a kind?  Doubtful.  But rare?  YEAH!
Carries the catalog number/label matrix numbers JS 11459A/B.   MASTERED BY CAPITOL is machine-stamped in the dead wax, further indicating that this is NOT a bootleg.  Matrix numbers in runout are  JS-11549-A G-1 ?? L-18390  and   JS-11549-B G-1 ?? L-18390-X.   
The A-Side was titled "You Must Be Laughing Somewhere" on subsequent CD/LP releases.   The B-Side is misspelled.  All later CD/LP releases correctly identify it as "Decatur Street."
Record grades as VG due to superficial needle swipes that do not affect play.  Plays as VG+.

For box sets, the records will be shipped INSIDE the boxes, as this is the safest way to make sure there is no collapse or damage to the box itself. 
And no matter what it may say elsewhere, we do NOT ship to Italy. Sorry. Nothing personal. It's just that your postal system has lost or damaged so many shipments over the years that there is no longer a sense of trust involved in shipping packages to Italy.
