Description

You are bidding on what I consider to be a one of a kind or very very rare. This is Jimmy Buffett's first album, "Down To Earth". What makes this so rare is that it has NEVER been opened. I purchased this album back in the 80's and never opened it, its in the original shrink wrap. I have never seen this album offered in " un-circulated" condition so to speak. As you can see from the photos attached the cover is in great condition and the album itself is mint. I have had this stored in a record frame for the past years. This item will ship in the frame as pictured. The frame alone was $15 and will to keep the item in pristine condition. If you have any questions please let me know. Thank you.

On Feb-08-14 at 13:58:55 PST, seller added the following information:

On the cover, to the right of the title is masking tape that has aged. I do not want to take it off in fear of tearing the original shrink wrap.
