Unique item..JIMMY DURANTE, radio spots for the Canadian National Exhibition Grandstand Show, Toronto, 1951. 16" lacquer disc produced by Cockfield Brown (advertising agency). One track is a reject and is scratched through but is playable so there are 7 tracks (6 finished commercials) and the reverse side is a duplicate of the first track. No idea whether this was a master, a dub from a tape, or recorded direct..the presence of a flubbed track suggests that this is first generation. Disc in excellent condition, label flaking a bit, original sleeve a bit weathered but intact. Ludicrous* buy it now price but if someone knows of another copy of this, I'll be surprised.
