Description
Massive northern soul 45 single featuring JIMMY RICKS on the FESTIVAL label, from 1966. Titles are “Oh! What A Feeling” and “Ol’ Man River."
This is a promo copy, “Advance Disc Jockey Copy.” Catalog number is Festival 703. This is the scarce promo version with the multi-coloured Festival logo.
Condition is VG++, very close to NM. displays full original gloss, there are a few slight scuffs that produce a few soft tics at the very beginning for 5 to 7 turns, and again at the very end for 3 to 4 turns, otherwise plays flawlessly with superb fidelity. Overall this is an awesome sounding record that will make a splendid addition to either a dee-jay’s platter-pak or one’s private collection.

(I do not use any noise reduction software in my sound clips, and I would absolutely never buff or polish a record for cosmetic purposes, so you needn’t worry about any surprises.)
