JIMMY RUFFIN - I've Passed This Way Before b/w AMEN CORNER - At Last I Found Someone To Love - UK ACETATE 45

Looks VG Condition with a few lite marks but actually plays great and the quality is Excellent (surface looks about 6 out of 10)

This looks like a (legal?) UK back-to-back ACETATE 45 from the early 1970's?
The two UK labels who originally released these two songs where Tamla Motown (Jimmy Ruffin) & Immediate (Amen Corner). Tamla Motown's parent was EMI and Immediate's parent I 'think' was Philips, which makes this back-to-back hard to fathom? There is 'MV 429' written on the outside of the sleeve with the title of the Jimmy Ruffin song plus 'La La La La La - male vocal' on the Amen Corner song. The previous owner must not have realised what the song was? (see pic)
As it happens, the Jimmy Ruffin originally came out in 1967 in the UK, with a reissue in 1969. The Amen Corner song came out in 1969 BUT was only an LP track apart from a solitary 45 release in New Zealand only!
So how these two songs were put together I do not know? I cannot find any other info on these two songs as a back-to-back release, so anyone with any info. please let me know?
There are no labels, just hand-written titles written on each side (see pics)
