Description

This auction is for JIMMY SMITH - A DATE WITH VOLUME TWO blue note records blp 1548 The cover for this release is vg- showing wear and damage. The front is fairly clean and looks good. The rear has packing tape repair job to the seams. The top seam is solid the bottom is torn at both ends the center being held together by the tape. The left spine is torn starting at the bottom approx 9 inches. The record is vg with a decent gloss but does show some mild hairlines and a couple of scuffs. The playback is on the better end of vg and still a very solid listen. There is a deep groove to both sides of the record along with the RVG stamp and the ear or "P" to the dead wax.
