Rare Original 1st Issue MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. by BLUE NOTE (BLP 1514) 

** Original LEXINGTON AVE ADDRESS on Both Labels
** DEEP GROOVE on Both Sides 
** RVG and The EAR are both stamped in the run off grooves on both sides 
** FLAT EDGE PRESSING **

RECORD CONDITION:  Strong VG- To VG 
 - Both sides play with full Fidelity
- there are several light surface scratches on each side which are not audible
- there are several mostly short scratches which are lightly audible in the backround
- Both sides play well (No Skips / No repeats) 
- DEEP GROOVE Labels show a very tiny hint of wear, a few extremely light spindle marks on each side 

COVER CONDITION:  Strong VG-
 - the bottom edge is completely split
- there is a small torn spot along the top edge of the back cover slick
