United States Mono pressing of this hard to find album. Both of the record labels show the Blue Note address as “New York USA” and read “33 1/3 Microgroove Long Playing”. The back cover has the Blue Note address of “43 West 61st St., New York 23”.
This LP features Jimmy Smith on organ, Stanley Turrentine on tenor sax, Kenny Burrell on guitar, and Donald Bailey on drums. Comes with its original Blue Note company inner sleeve.
COVER: The front cover still retains a considerable amount of its glossy luster with just a bit of light wear and one small scrape on the bottom, which measures about 1 inch by 1/8 inch. There is no seam splitting. The back has a name written in the top left corner and a small amount of light wear. This cover grades a nice EX.
VINYL: This LP was exceptionally clean even before we carefully cleaned it on our VPI Machine. It looks like it has had only a few plays over the years and grades a very nice EX.
