Rudy Van Gelder Studio, Hackensack, NJ, June 17, 1956 Original Blue Note thick vinyl deep groove pressing (both sides) from 1956, #1525, mono, 47 WEST 63rd, NEW YORK address on the label, with "RVG", the "ear" and "9M" in the dead wax, both sides, and a flat lip edge. No © on either label.
The vinyl shows a lot of light surface marks caused by years of pressure from stacking in a pile, but that does not seem to affect play, it sounds just under near mint with only the slightest hint of background static, and an awesome sounding recording, NM-.
The cover has light ring wear, some light water staining on the back paste-on, and the edges have wear all around, especially the spine which is missing big parts of the paper along it, but no splits, VG+. A price written on the back in pencil.
