Description

JJ Johnson  volume 1

Blue Note 1505 mono

Deep groove Lexington/New York 23 split label

RVGe and Ear

Vinyl:Fair lots of scratches and marks. Jump forward heard on 1st track, more skips possible. Moderate wear. Average fidelity.

Cover:Poor. Cover fully split and glued together. Tape remnants on back. When I got this it was taped shut. As it is I don’t think you could put the record inside the cover.

I am the owner of Rogue Planet Music, a brick and mortar record store in Des Moines, Iowa. All items sold in this auction are from my personal collection.
Grading scale used: POOR/FAIR/G/G+/VG-/VG/VG+/NM-/NM. For a record to grade NM- or NM it must play virtually silent. Very few records meet this criteria. A VG+ record will play with minimal distractions and should satisfy most. All records playtested on a critical listening Hi-Fi system. Mono records are always played in Mono mode. All have been cleaned on a VPI machine, some have been ultrasonic cleaned.
Ships from Rogue Planet Music. I always take the record out of the cover for safe shipment, pack sturdy in new materials including stiffeners and EXTRA corner protection for save arrival.
