The Directors of "City Central Motel Pty Ltd" (in voluntary administration) have passed a resolution to dispose of the company assets by way of auction and have appointed us to carry out the sale. There will be in excess of 100 Long Play Records that will be listed here. All are from the collection of one of the directors and are listed as assets of the company and will be sold ..... We will not be classing any of these LP records as mint, good condition, or other wise. We do not have access to a turntable and all are listed as being in as is condition. Failure to inspect does not negate that Bidders responsibility to perform under eBay's auction terms and conditions The purchaser shall pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the purchased price of any auction item on the end date of the auction, with the balance of the purchase price paid within 5 days following the auction. All payments must be received by:- bank cheque, money order, or direct deposit. Credit cards via PayPal are accepted with an additional 4% convenience fee. Pick-up of all items shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Postal and/or Delivery assistance is provided as a courtesy; however, purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility for delivery of purchases. All items must be picked-up / removed from the storage facility within 5 days after the end of auction date. If for any reason purchaser fails to remove any purchase within the time specified, the purchase shall be deemed abandoned, and the seller at its sole discretion may resell the items. Failure to remove items will result in a storage fee of not less than $25 per item per day.
