Highly collectable original 1973 UK 1st pressing LP by this GREAT early 70s heavy rock trio fronted by legendary ace guitarist/ singer JOE JAMMER. Also features Tony Stevens on bass (Savoy Brown) and Reg Isidore on drums (Robin Trower). Excellent condition UK original of this fantastic rock album. 'Garrod & Lofthouse' laminated gatefold sleeve. Anyone into Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower, Leslie West or Jimmy Page should appreciate the guitar playing by Joe on this album. This record deserves to be in any serious 70s heavy psych rock collection...Don't miss it!!

(A beautiful gleaming lightly played vinyl with deep shine, test played with great sound quality. This 1973 UK first pressing still retains its full gloss and sheen showing only a few very faint wispy hairlines seen under strong light. The record delivers excellent audio throughout with great powerful sound clarity and only occasional minor static. A very nice original UK 1st pressing of this rare LP)

(Maroon Red and Silver labels are very clean with only a couple of spindle traces. Side two label has a 'Factory Sample' Promo sticker....see picture No.3)

Gatefold Sleeve: EX

(The original 'Garrod & Lofthouse' laminated sleeve has some minor light ringwear with laminate creases near the top right and bottom right corners on the open out side. There is a little shelfwear on the rear gatefold bottom seam. The spine is perfectly legible and clear with just a few tiny laminate crinkles. The non-laminated matt inside is very clean with no writing, stickers etc)

On offer here, from my own collection, is an excellent condition original UK 1st pressing of Joe Jammer's very rare 1973 debut album titled "Bad News", issued on the UK original 1st press Regal Zonophone label. Highly underrated Heavy Guitar Progressive Rock. The trio also perform some hard blues. Still pretty unknown, and rare. With Reg Isidore on drums (Robin Trower) and Tony Stevens of Savoy Brown on bass.

Joe was an American guitarist who befriended several UK stars such as Jimmy Page and Keith Richard and subsequently recorded this LP in the UK with Savoy Brown bass player Tony Stevens and Robin Trower drummer Reg Isidore. MINT (M): The record / cd displays barely any signs of use, if any, with no marks or deterioration in sound quality. Extra items and cover are near perfect.

EXCELLENT (EX): Shows only minor signs of being played with very little lessening in sound quality. The Cover and extras will have some light wear and or creasing

VERY GOOD (VG): Has been played many times but has no major deterioration in sound quality, despite some noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches. Cover and extras will have normal wear and tear but no major defects

GOOD (G): Has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and any extras may suffer from folding, scuffing, split spine, discoloration etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable and has considerable surface noise and may even jump. Cover and contents will be torn stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly. Covers badly damaged or partly missing

+ or - : Indicates slightly better (+) or slightly lesser (-) condition than main grade
