EXTREMELY RARE AND SOUGHT AFTER
GRADED VG+ / VG+
This is the extremely rare and sought after Brahms violin concerto played by Johanna Martzy on the original mono Columbia 33CX 1165 label. These records do not appear on eBay or anywhere very often so make sure you do not miss out!
The vinyl has been graded very conservatively at VG+ as although the vinyl looks EX even under a strong light and plays very well with no sticks or jumps, there is some light surface noise, a few light pops here and there and 2 clicks at the end of side 1. Even so this is an amazing sounding record which I'm certain nobody will be dissapointed with. The fully laminated half moon flipback sleeve is an also VG+ with 2 small closed tears on the opening edge and some delamination to the opening edge front and rear. The spine is fully intact and legible. There is a little ringwear but overall this sleeve is in remarkably good condition for this type. The original inner is excellent. Opportunities to bid on an original Columbia Martzy recording do not come along very often so make sure you do not miss out!!
