This 12inch 78rpm record is from the late 1920's and looks to be in Mint condition and has never been played, looks brand new. Labels are in Excellent condition, comes in it's orginal Edison Bell Sleeve. Please see the pictures below and to the side.

I've recently acquired a collection of approximately 900 78's from the 1920's that were discovered in the basement of what used to be a record shop which closed down in the late 1920's. They were discovered in the late 1970's during renovations to the building and have been in storage in the discoverers house until the present day. Most of them look to be in amazing condition and as if they were pressed yesterday, most look Mint and have certainly never had a Steel Needle touch them, they could very well be the best surviving copies, it would certainly be impossible to find better. I've played a few with a modern lightweight 78rpm stylus and the sound quality and quietness of the records is quite astounding and has to be heard to be believed. It certainly is an enormous difference to 78's that have even had only the lightest play with a Steel Needle, amazingly quiet for a 78 from this period.

Postage discounts for UK Buyers of 12" 78's are just approximately 99p for every extra 78, can be even cheaper than this if making larger purchases.

European Buyers will pay just £2.25 for the 2nd and 3rd 78, I can only fit 3 in a 2kg package, so the intial cost for the 4th 78 will apply.

Buyers outside Europe will pay just £3.99 for the 2nd and 3rd 78, I can only fit 3 in a 2kg package, so the intial cost for the 4th 78 will apply.

Buyers outside the UK making a large purchase of 78's can have a package shipped much more economical per 78, for example I can ship a 25kg package to the US & Candada for approximately $133, please ask.

I have a lot of experience in packing records, you have no need to be concerned about poorly packed records. Shellac 78's are packed securely in sturdy boxes with suitable buffering material around them. Vinyl is sent in between thick cardboard for full protection as I consider the so called professional record mailers to be a sub standard way to ship them.
