Die-cut gatefold is EX with custom sticker--has some light foxing; LP is EX+. White label promo of this experimental LP from former Velvet Underground violist John Cale. This is one of Warhol's most innovative covers in using a wall of Kodak slides as the primary design feature. Very nice copy here. See my other LPs with Warhol covers and tie-ins for auction.
