Description

John Coltrane ~ A Love Supreme Impulse A-77 1965
Considered by many to be one of the best jazz albums of all time, and certainly among the finest in the post-bop genre.  Coltrane plays along with Jimmy Garrison, Elvin Jones, and McCoy Tyner.
Original Impulse STEREO pressing: ~Gatefold cover~ ~Orange and black labels~ ~'VAN GELDER' and 'STEREO' stamps in dead wax~
CONDITION: Cover: VG/VG-. One-inch tear on front cover. Partial peeling to laminate. Light staining on inside of gatefold.  Labels: VG/VG+. Some wear to spindle hole and a few visible spindle marks.  Vinyl: Visually, vinyl is an overall VG/VG+ grade.  Side 1 shows some superficial marks and a single feelable hairline scratch, which produces a few light ticks during "Resolution". Overall, Side 1 plays VG+ to VG++. Side 2 is glossier, showing fewer marks and nothing feelable. Besides a few light pops during the bass solo, Side 2 plays through VG++.

Bid with confidence. This album is fully refundable if you are not completely satisfied. International shipping $19. No shipping to Italy.
