Description

Rare Limited Edition 12" vinyl LP pressing from 2018 of the legendary album "A Love Supreme" by John Coltrane.  It is a Sound of Vinyl exclusive on 180g clear translucent vinyl with black smoke swirls and was remastered from the original analog tapes.  The record comes in a gatefold sleeve and is on the Impulse! label, Catalog #GR-155.
I opened the record only to verify the color (the sticker reads "Clear Vinyl").  The record is only clear when held to the light--when laid flat, it looks almost like a root beer swirl.  (Please see photos for greater detail; flat photo is of an identical LP to show the approximate color; all other photos are of the actual record you will receive.)
The vinyl has never been played.  The jacket has only very light wear to the outer shrink wrap as well as extremely minor corner wear and is in Excellent condition.  (Please see photos for greater detail.)  The vinyl record is in new, never-played condition (presumably Mint)!
Songs are:

  • Part 1 - Acknowledgement
  • Part 2 - Resolution
  • Part 3 - Pursuance / Part IV - Psalm

Record will be carefully shipped outside the jacket in a cardboard padded mailer.  I grade vinyl using Goldmine standards as a guide and Near Mint is my highest grade for preowned vinyl.  I am a longtime record collector (not a store), and I ship Monday-Friday.  I have only one copy of most items in my inventory.
Your package will usually go out the next business day after purchase, though in rare cases it may take two business days.  I will gladly combine shipping if requested prior to payment.
Please know that vinyl is an imperfect medium, and new vinyl (especially colored vinyl and picture discs) can be subject to minor surface noise and/or imperfections.  I rate sealed (and unplayed) vinyl "mint" but, as any seasoned record buyer knows, pressing quality will vary.
Thank you for looking!
