Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS • 47 WEST 63rd ? NYC" No ® under E in NOTE. Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" machine stamp on both sides. "ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: VG

Front / Back: 5" bottom middle seam split, stamps on back, light stain on bottom of back, wear on opening, some scuffs, still nice.
