Side 1/Side 2: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, a few more feelable scratches, one lightly feelable scratch thru all Tracks on Side 2, plays with some surface noise or crackle, still playable. 

Sleeve Grading: Very Good Plus (VG+)

Front/Back: 5" top 2" bottom seam split, small corner rubs on top right, minor wear on opening, still in shrink wrap.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
