Description
Very rare ORIGINAL 1964 IMPULSE! STEREO PRESSING in thick laminated gatefold sleeve. One of his greatest masterpieces, beautiful sound on heavyweight 60s vinyl, ("Van Gelder" mastering credits in runout grooves).
In amazing condition for its age, play tested and VPI cleaned, the record plays a solid VG+, there is some minor occasional crackle in the track "Alabama", otherwise plays great, very clean. The gatefold cover has some general shelf wear from age, and some of the lamination has begun to peel on the sides, but still really beautiful for is age, still quite vibrant colors and sturdy (see photos!). Includes original ABC Impulse inner sleeve.
Packed and shipped with extra care. You can combine any records I am selling for a significant shipping discount. Thanks.
