Description

Up for auction is an absolutely beautiful copy of the rare John Coltrane album "Soultrane" released on Prestige Records (PRLP 7032) in 1958.  This is a guaranteed original mono, deep groove first pressing with RVG in the run out.  Comes with the original onion paper inner sleeve.  Correct matching Washington Ave., Bergenfield, NJ addresses on labels and back cover.  You will not find a nicer copy of this record.  Period.  It came out of a collection of other pristine, virtually un-played jazz albums that I acquired many years ago.
The cover is immaculate, as you can see from the photographs.  No flaws to mention.  Color graphics are bright and vibrant.  Corners sharp, no bumps or creases.  Seams are strong, no cracks, chips, or splits.  Back cover is also pristine, bone white with no signs of aging or wear.  Looks "factory fresh," the day it came out of the original shrink wrap.  Grade the cover Near Mint+++.
The vinyl is equally impressive.  No signs of previous handling or play.  Ultra shiny and glossy surfaces.  I believe it was un-played when I acquired it, and it still is.  You can have the privilege of being the first to put a needle to the vinyl, if you wish.  Not a mark on the vinyl anywhere that I can tell.  No marks around the spindle holes.  Labels are bright, un-rubbed.  Rarely do you ever get to see a vintage jazz album that has been this well-preserved, no exaggeration.  It would be impossible to upgrade this copy.  Grade the vinyl Near Mint+++.
I can't imagine this copy disappointing anyone, even the most critical of collectors. 100% satisfaction guaranteed, risk free buying, or your money back.  No questions asked.
