John Frusciante - Shadows Collide With People
This is the 2004 release on black vinyl. This was the original pressing, packaged in a gatefold jacket with printed photo and lyric sleeves. Warner Bros 78199
**Please note - Side One of this record had a bit of adhesive near the outer edge, partially on the first track. Using a specialized LP cleaning solution and tool, I cleaned the area, but there are a handful of audible pops in that first track (no issues, however, with tracking or skipping otherwise). The rest of the record looks really great, but that one area had this issue. I am the original owner of almost all of the records I sell, so I can attest to how they were stored (I take care to store my records standing upright to prevent warping). I found this particular record several years ago when I worked at a record store as "new old stock". It was new, but had been stored laying flat in a cardboard box for a number of years. For that reason, I cannot claim that this record is 100% flat. That said, it has been tested with a high quality Ortofon stylus and it tracks just fine. I am fairly certain that our test-play was the only time (or one of the very few times) this record has been played.
These records are offered in VG+/VG condition - there is the one-track popping issue described above, as well as the possible slight warping (that has been tested and does not affect tracking), but otherwise the record has been minimally handled and only played a couple of times. The jacket is offered in EX condition - there is some light shelf wear on the edges and corners. The records are in printed photo and lyric sleeves. As you can see in the photo, there is a small ding to the top edge of both lyric sheets.
