A SELDOM SEEN RARE 78rpm RECORD BY JOHN LEE HOOKER, AND THIS COLLECTABLE WAS RECORDED IN 1950 ON THE U.S. SENSATION LABEL # 26 SONGS ARE: CANAL STREET BLUES & HUCKLE UP BABY. THIS ONE LOOKS LIKE NEW, WITH GLOSS AND LUSTER, AND IT PLAYS WITH EXCELLENT SOUND FOR A RECORD THAT IS NOW " 63 YEARS OLD" WHEN YOU CONSIDER THE RECORDING METHODS USED BACK THEN. THIS ONE GRADES AS A MINT- ALL THE WAY. These Collectable 78's are getting very hard to find anymore, and the good ones are quickly becoming scarce. This 78 is from the large collection of Rock & Roll and R&B & Jazz 78's that I have in my personal collection, and it would pay to mark this site as one of your favorites as there will be plenty more to come.
