COVER:  VG+     NO WRITING, SPLITS, CUT OUT MARKS OR EDGE WEAR.     SLIGHT RING WEAR, MOST NOTICABLE ON BACK.    CREASING AT TOP LEFT CORNER ON THE FRONT,  WRINKLING ON THE BACK NEAR THE TOP RIGHT CORNER,  YELLOWING ALONG THE EDGE ON THE BACK. 

VINYL:    VG+   VINYL BRIGHT AND SHINEY.    VERY SMALL SMUDGE ON THE EDGE OF THE LAST SONG. SIDE TWO.  THIN HAIRLINE SCRATCH COMING OUT OF THE RUN OFF ON SIDE 1.  VERY  CLEAN  LOOKING.   LABELS ARE CENTERED, NO WRITING, MARKS, SCRATCHES, SOILING OR SPINDLE MARKS, CLEAN.    BLACK LABEL WITH SILVER WRITING.   NO WARPS.

TERMS: It is important that the buyer read and understand these terms.   If there is a problem with your purchase please contact me so that we may resolve the issue in a reasonable manner.  I do take returns if the circumstance is such that an significant error in description has been made.   The buyer should contact me and I will arrange a return.   The buyer will pay all return postage, including insurance if that is needed.    After I have inspected the item returned to verify that it is the item sold and has been returned in the state that it was shipped, including all parts and/or accessories, I will issue a full refund.   A refund will not be issued at anytime for any items auctioned that were designated as not working, for parts or repair.  The seller will not be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of the winner's goods after shipment has been made.   If you have concerns about receiving your winnings please buy insurance.   Contact me before paying and I will invoice the buyer with the exact amount of insurance required for the item won.   I will not refund any money or give any other type of compensation for winnings not received by the buyer after shipment has been made.   Failure to read and understand these terms by the buyer will not be accepted as an excuse for a refund or compensation.   If you have any questions please ask and good luck.
