APPLE Records (Cat # C 062-04 914 Q) (QUADROPHONIC) Released in 1971

Cover Condition: (VG) Thin Cardboard Cover has bends: Upper Right; Scuff?: Front Cover; and a one inch tear on the front cover opening. Storage wear along the edges and corners. No Writing, Punch Holes, Stickers, Seam Splits or Staple Marks.

Label Condition: (EX ) Few, if any, spindle marks. No writing. No stickers.

Vinyl Condition: (EX) Visually graded. Looks rarely played.

Replacement Inner Sleeve Condition: (EX) No Writing, Punch Holes, Stickers, Seam Splits or Staple Marks.
