Description

UK demo on HMV.  "Girl on the floor above" / "Terry Browns in love with Mary Dee".  Without a doubt John Leytons rarest and hardest to find 45rpm.  Vinyl is EX (one small mark that you have to look hard to see). Number written on label - see scan.

Please note that I do not grade anything as Mint.

Near mint will be a superb copy with no marks.

EX will be a superb copy with the slightest of a light mark.

VG will be a very nice copy with a few light surface marks.

Any light scratches will be noted in the description.

Any label faults will also be noted in the description.
