This is a first pressing of this legendary Folk/Rock album release from John Martyn, on the Pink Rim Palm Tree, Island Record Labels in Gate-fold Sleeve with Island inner bag.

Side 1 matrix's, ILPS 9226 A- 1 U & STERLING. Side 2, ILPS 9226 B-2 U.

The LP plays without faults through all tracks with a great sound quality.

The record labels are in Near Mint condition, both labels are super clean and unworn with just a few very light spindle lines around the centre of each label.

The title track on this album was dedicated to John Martyn's friend, Nick Drake who died 18 months after this album was released. 

Both LP surfaces are in beautiful Near Mint condition without scratches or scuffs and at most just a couple of light hairlines.

The Gate-fold Sleeve.
The Gate-fold sleeve is in very nice Excellent condition with light LP ring-wear and light rub marks on the    edges.
