Description

JOHN RYDGREN '71 poetry book ULTRA-rare xian psych Shipping Info  |  S/H info:   Description JOHN RYDGREN tomorrow is a handful of together yesterdays published by AUSBERG/NEWBOOKS . 1st/only edition of truly ultra-rare paperback from decidely unorthodox mid-west pastor/radio disc jockey/sound collage artist. a local DJ friend of mine who happens to be a rydgren expert/fanatic as well as a full-time rare books dealer tells me this is 5X more rare than any of his LPs! a great artifact from this (almost) forgotten genius , 96 pages with many cool side-burned portraits, photos of the artist posing with pop stars (blood sweat & tears, seals & crofts) and star portraits (leonard nimoy, mel blanc) alongside his poetry, rock band interviews, letters from young people in the "drug scene" and dialogues with various teens. you are not going to see this offered again any time soon. PLEASE NOTE: winning bidder, please email for S/H cost. thanks. very fun collection today of genre-less private pressings, spoken word curiosities and children's oddities. see my other auctions and visit my websites: showandtellmusic.com and companionrecords.com
