John Sebastian – Live Label: MGM Records – SE 4720 Format: Vinyl, LP, Album, Promo, White Label Country: US Released: 1970 This album was released simultaneously along with an unauthorized pressing run of Sebastian's eponymous debut album, John B. Sebastian by MGM Records. Due to Sebastian transferring to Warner Reprise beforehand, MGM did not have the rights to release anything from him, though they did so anyways. This in turn, quickly caused a lawsuit from Warner/Reprise for copyright infringement, which was adjudicated in their favor. These albums were then withdrawn from sale and have not been re-released since then. This was released a s a DJ-only promo issue - sticker on back Cover and Vinyl in Ex to NM condition.STRICT Goldmine Magazine standards used for evaluation
