On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by John Tavener called "The Whale" and is an ORIGINAL UK 1977 'Ring O'Records' 1st Pressing - and is the EARLIEST POSSIBLE 'Withdrawn' 1st Pressing - and is almost CERTAINLY the only one left in existence!!!!  THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE LP AND THIS ONE IS PARTICULARLY SPECIAL!!!!  IN FACT - THIS SURELY HAS TO BE THE RAREST BEATLES RELATED LP YOU WILL EVER SEE!!!!  THIS LP IS A MEGA RARE 'TEST' PRESSING WITH THE EARLIEST 1ST PRESS MATRIX NUMBERS (A1/B1), 'WHITE TEST PRESS' LABELS, AND AN IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'PROOF' GATEFOLD COVER + 'PRESS RELEASE' SHEET!!!!  THIS LP WAS MADE FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE RELEASE DATE - BUT WAS REJECTED!!!!  SO IT IS ALMOST CERTAINLY UNIQUE!!!!  AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES - THE 'PROOF' COVER FEATURES A 'POLYDOR' LOGO IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THE COVER FRONT (REMOVED BEFORE RELEASE!), THE CREDITS ON THE COVER BACK ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT (AGAIN, CHANGED BEFORE RELEASE!), AND THE COLOURS USED FOR THE WORDS ON THE COVER BACK ARE ALSO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT - WHICH WAS AGAIN REJECTED AND CHANGED BEFORE THE RELEASE DATE!!!!  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE (WITH 'WHITE TEST PRESS' LABELS, A GATEFOLD 'PROOF' COVER, WITHDRAWN ARTWORK, AND 'PRESS RELEASE' SHEET!) - AND IS ALMOST CERTAINLY THE ONLY ONE LEFT IN EXISTENCE!!!!

THIS LP ALSO HAS A STRONG BEATLES CONNECTION - WITH THE 'PRESS RELEASE' SHEET REFERENCING THE PREVIOUS BEATLES APPLE LABEL RELEASE ON THIS LP, THE DATE OF THE PREVIOUS APPLE RELEASES DELETION (WHICH WAS ACTUALLY FAR LATER THAN PREVIOUSLY THOUGHT - BEING AVAILABLE ON THE APPLE LABEL UNTIL DECEMBER 1974!), AND ALSO THE 'RING O'RECORDS' LABEL WAS OF COURSE RINGO STARRS OWN LABEL (HE BROUGHT ABOUT THIS LPs RE-RELEASE IN THIS LABEL!)!!!!  SO THIS LP IS HEAVILY BEATLES INFUENCED AND ESSENTIAL FOR ANY BEATLES COLLECTION!!!! 

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY SUPERB CONDITION - AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1977 UK 'RING O'RECORDS' 'EARLIEST' WITHDRAWN 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'WHITE TEST PRESS' LABELS, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'A1/B1' MATRIX ENDINGS, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD 'PROOF' COVER + 'PRESS RELEASE' SHEET (WITH 'WITHDRAWN' ARTWORK!)!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Ring O'Records UK 1st Pressing from 1977 and is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is 2320 104 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Ring O'Records Label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos!)!!!!

The MEGA RARE 'Test' Press White label record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in absolutely SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS SUPERB!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!  SUPERB RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The MEGA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press 'Proof' Single Cardboard Gatefold Sleeve (with WITHDRAWN artwork + 'stapled' Press Release sheet!) is in BRILLIANT condition (and this is especially remarkable as it is only a single sheet of card and easily damaged)!!!!  The cover has NO rips, NO tears, barely ANY edge wear AT ALL, NO spinal wear (PERFECT side words!), NO sticker marks, NO pinholes, only a few VERY light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking indeed!), NO ringwear, NO rubbing AT ALL to the cover front, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL to the cover back, NO sticker tears, and NO writing!!!!  Even the plain inside of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition - with only VERY slight yellowing, and a PERFECT 'press release' sheet!!!!  This ULTRA RARE 'Proof' Gatefold Cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better - and the 'Press Release' sheet is an AMAZING Mint(Minus)!!!!  THIS SURELY HAS TO BE ONE OF THE RAREST BEATLES RELATED LPS YOU WILL EVER SEE!!!!  IN FACT THIS LP COULD EVEN BE UNIQUE LIKE THIS (AND ALMOST CERTAINLY IS!)!!!!  IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME (IF EVER) BEFORE YOU GET ANOTHER CHANCE TO OWN AN ULTRA RARE TEST PRESSING OF THIS LP WITH 'PROOF' SLEEVE, 'PRESS RELEASE' SHEET & 'WITHDRAWN' ARTWORK AGAIN!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE IN EVERY RESPECT - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
