This is a 1952 U.S. COLUMBIA RECORDS BOX SET CONTAINING FOUR 7" 45 RPM RECORDS PLUS A PERSONALLY AUTOGRAPHED GLOSSY PHOTO from early 1950s teen idol vocalist Johnnie Ray.  It is Columbia Records U.S. catalog number B-288.  Records come packaged inside the box in their original Columbia Records stock sleeves.
