Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. Here is what you're bidding on:  TITLE & ARTIST: "Wanted One Soul Singer" - by Johnnie Taylor on the Japanese Warner-Pioneer Records label (P-6170A), in beautiful original stereo sound, released originally circa 1972. CONDITION: JACKET - Near Mint(Jacket has virtually no wear and still bears the original OBI sleeve band - please see actual album in photo); VINYL - Near Mint(Warner-Pioneer's deep groove virgin vinyl has virtually no visible marks of any kind; NOTE: This record has been played only one time for recording - Visually Graded under custom spotlight).  SPECIAL FEATURES: This extraordinary record, created by the Japanese Warner-Pioneer Corporation, stands as one of the pinnacles of recorded sound for vintage R&B artistry; not only is the vinyl superb, but the jacket and sleeves are simply beyond compare. This particular album features a back cover that perfectly reproduces the original, and an inner sleeve bearing lyrics printed in both Japanese and English. Extremely rare now is this near-perfect condition, this record is worthy of your most serious consideration. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
