Here’s one of those Holy Grail type Cash items. The record we are offering here is a one-sided 10 inch metal acetate “Reference Recording” record produced by Columbia Recording Studio in Nashville. The writing on the record label reads “J. & J. Cash” and “No Need To Worry”. Two boxes are checked on the record label (“Monaural” and “45 RPM”).
CONDITION: The record has a bit of scuffing and scratching but looks better than many of the acetates we have seen over the years. There is no cracking or peeling in the surface material covering the metal, just one tiny (and we mean tiny) chip in the material covering the acetate on the outer edge, roughly 2 inches from where the first playing grooves start. Although there are no scuffs or markings that can be felt on the playing grooves, there are several of them, so we are grading this acetate a strong VG.
