Here's a very rare copy of JOHNNY CASH - WITH HIS HOT AND BLUE GUITAR - THE VERY FIRST LP ON THE SUN LABEL FROM 1957.

SUN LP-1220 PRESSED ON HEAVY INFLEXIBLE HIGH QUALITY VINYL.  

COVER is VG+ with no stickers, no writing, the spine is split, and only the absolute most minimal shelf wear. 

VINYL is VG+ glossy and well kept with a few light surface scratches from normal usage.

This was the first album released by Sun Records in Memphis. Originals like this one have a blue background, later covers had a white background. DON'T BE FOOLED INTO BUYING A REISSUE...

GRADING

All vinyl is visually graded under bright lights, conservatively, using the standards below.  

Mint is only used for something that is factory sealed or obviously unplayed.

M- (Near Mint) = nearly immaculate, only the lightest signs of use, usually only played a few times, glossy, super clean.

VG++ is a grade we will use if a record is just shy of NM or a hair better than VG+ (a collector class record to be sure)

VG+ will be a well kept record which shows light to moderate signs of play. (Will please most collectors).

VG  will be a well played copy, many scuffs, visible scratches etc, probably affecting overall sound quality.  (A good starter copy on something rare)

Canada is $9.00USA for the first LP plus $2.00 for each additional for regular first class int'l mail. Priority or Express is available upon request. 

Overseas is $15.00USA for the first record plus $3.00 for each additional. (Up To 4 LP's) More than that must go USPS Priority Mail International.

Items which sell for over $100.00USA will require extra shipping costs for both domestic and international for signature confirmation and/or registration. Insurance is always available and recommended.
