The condition of the disc is MINT (New Old Stock) and the disc is in the QUALITY record sleeve. . . THIS 78 RPM WAS OBTAINED FROM A LOCAL RECORD STORE IN 1960 ALONG WITH OTHER 78s' WHEN THE RECORD STORE WAS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS AND IT IS NEW OLD STOCK AND NEVER PLAYED.
