RARITY:-  This is one of Johnny Cash's RAREST UK LPs EVER!  Johnny Cash was only signed by Philips in the UK for a TINY amount of time ONLY - and ALL of his releases on the Philips label sold very VERY poorly indeed!  It was only in 1962 when he signed for CBS did his LPs start selling in larger amounts.  This is UNDOUBTEDLY one of Johnny Cash's RAREST UK releases - with only a few hundred copies ever being made or sold!!!!

PRESSING:-   1ST PRESSING - 'TEXTURED' LABEL, 1/1 MONO MATRIXES, AND A VERY THICK 'UNCREDITED' FLIPBACK LAMINATED MONO COVER!

RECORD GRADING:-   The record is very VERY strictly graded at VG++ if not better (Graded directly under a 150 watt bulb!) and is VERY bright & shiny looking indeed!  And most I am certain would grade even higher still!  It is in BRILLIANT condition - with NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!  The only detail to notice is a few 'lighter grooves' on the track 'Loading Coal' which cause a few revolutions of surface noise (but NO sticks, and NO jumps!).  However the rest of the record looks and plays STUNNINGLY with NO skips, barely ANY clicks AT ALL, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!  A BRILLIANT record and very VERY strictly graded!

INNER:-  ORIGINAL 1st Press inner. EX+!

COVER GRADING:-  The ORIGINAL 1st Press VERY thick 'Uncredited' Flipback Laminated MONO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, NO rips, NO tears, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), NO sticker tears, NO sticker marks, VERY shiny laminate, NO splits, NO annotations, and NO writing!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!  Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition - with NO grubbyness, only 1 TINY repaired 'nick' in the lower opening edge, NO yellowing, SUPERB flipbacks, NO flipback loss AT ALL, NO rubbing, and NO writing!  The cover must grade VG++ if not better!!!!  A very VERY nice cover indeed!
