PACKING : I 'sandwich' the record between two thick pieces of cardboard, and surround it with cushioning (scrunched up newspaper and/or polystyrene chips) Then the package goes inside a stout box. I have never had a breakage in many years of sending 78s through the post.
POSTAGE: Buy more than one 78 rpm and save on postage.
UK : First 78 - £4.50, then each extra only 50p
Continental Europe : First 78 - £8.00, then each extra only £1. Rest of world : extra
*** CONDITION / GRADING : These 78s are graded by sound. A 78 may not look so good, but it can still sound excellent. Conversely, a 78 can look new, but play VG. And, as if you didn't know already, 78s sound better than on 45, LP or even CD ! M = Mint, New. Ex = Excellent - played, but with few marks or scuffs. VG = Very good, and onbviously played many times, with scuff/wear and surface noise, but not excessive. + and - marks give clearer gradings. ALL defects noted.
WINNERS : Please send no payment until you hear from me with the total cost. Cheques/postal orders preferred from UK buyers but Pay-pal OK for Europe.
