Matrix number is hand-etched, “VAN GELDER” is machine stamped in trailoff vinyl. Has "ear" symbol on both sides. Jacket has "For Complete Catalog Write to BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23" on reverse at bottom.

- Little Johnny C (Pearson)
- Hoboe Joe (Henderson)
- Jano (Pearson)
Side Two contains following tunes:
- My Sweet Passion (Pearson)
- Heavy Legs (Pearson)
- So Sweet My Little Girl (Pearson)
Jacket is EX+, very close to near mint. Has a slight bump at bottom right corner, otherwise no problems, nice bright art work and clean white reverse, no writing, wear, or splits.
Vinyl is lovely EX, with full original gloss, a couple superficial scuffs that are not audible, plays beautifully with warm, rich fidelity. This album was obviously played only a small number of times and handled with care. I am certain the winning bidder will be very pleased.
Includes original printed paper inner sleeve with black/white photos of then-current Blue Note albums, with address at bottom of printed sleeve “43 West 61st Street, New York 23 N.Y.”. Paper sleeve is in nice condition, with small split at bottom center.
