CAT # Bell BE-198
COVER CONDITION Excellent Minus (EX-), The flipback cover is in nice condition with some edge wear and light creases (near impossible to get these thin flimsy covers in better condition).
RECORD CONDITION Excellent Minus (EX-), the record is in nice condition with a few very light scratches and some light scuffs (plays great) and it has a royalty stamp on one side of the clean labels
GENERAL COMMENTS This is an Australian only ep and is now getting scarce to find, especially in this sort of condition, I doubt that there could be many copies in the market place
