JOHNNY HAMMOND-GEARS 1975 MILESTONE RECORDS LP M-9062 IN A STRONG VG+ CONDITION. CLEAN VINYL!! A rare treat from jazz funk master Johnny Hammond in this auction. The band plus the man make this that treat as both Larry & Fonce Mizell appear on this recording. To further the talents, the amazing Chuck Rainey plays bass for this effort. Tracks such as Tell Me What To Do, Shifting Gears & Fantasy all grace the grooves of this must own funk fusion release. All fans of Hammond need this one in their hands, it's an essential!!
The record is in an easy VG+ condition, nice and clean, plays well throughout. The cover has a corner cut in the upper right hand corner, a sticker with the number 3031 on it, minor wear along the edges, minor rubs on the corners and a wisp of ring wear / aging on the front. The original inner sleeve is intact. A sweet buy!!
