JOHNNY MAYES - 'Just A Few Facts'. Original USA pressing of Mad May Records #MD 2001, vinyl LP record, 1979. Not a reissue, second pressing or counterfeit. Sought-after private press release that combines elements of Modern Soul, Funk and even Northern Soul. Slow jams and funky tracks too. At least one track has recently appeared on a comp of rare Soul. I think there's some samples on here too. Produced by CHARLES MADDEN.

I had a copy a while ago, I recently obtained one more (this one). It was given to someone who was involved in the recording of it; as such, it was never played.

Tracks: "Just a few facts of life". Contains the songs: "Long Tall Molly", "I Could Never Be the One", "Tell Me", "Do I Move Ya'", "Gingerbread", "Sweet Lover", "Dancin' in Diamonds", "Love is On it's Way".

VINYL: NM. (Actually it's unplayed and could be called 'mint'). LABELS: NM. COVER: NM. Gatefold cover is perfect but for the promo cut corner.
