Description
This is an original punk rock LP by Johnny Moped, titled "Cycledelic". On Chiswick Records. WIK1
It was released in 1978 under the Chiswick record label, and comes in a cardboard sleeve with the original inner sleeve and cover.
The vinyl has been graded as Very Good Plus (VG+), vinyl has slight marks and shows signs of being played
Sleeve is Very Good Plus (VG+).
Which has a few creases and laminate creasesing. It's still a good copy.

The album features 12-inch LP format with a speed of 33RPM, and is in English language.
The artist is The Johnny Moped Band, and the producer is Roger Armstrong.
Featuring a great cover and inner cover by the legendary late Barney Bubbles.

The album belongs to the genres of Punk/New Wave, Psychedelic punk, and Alternative/Indie. This is a first UK pressing edition, and is not a later release.
The LP is a great addition to any vinyl record collection, and is a must-have for fans of punk rock. Especially Damned Fans.
The album features Captain Sensible.
Includes the 'Mystery Track' before the first track if you move the needle back.
That in itself was a stroke of genius.
This was a classic debut album full of classic tracks which still sounds like a classic today.
It's one of punk rocks biggest tragedies that the band never carried on to do a follow up album soon after.
Johnny Moped did eventually release a follow up album a decade later in the late 80's on
Captain Sensibles' own Deltic Records label which was more like home demos than the classic vibe of the 1978 punk period of
'Cycledelic'
But after decades away from the music scene Johnny returned to the stage with a few new albums under his belt on the excellent
Damaged Goods label.
Every punk enthusiast should have a copy of this.
Essential listening.
