Offered on this auction is this RARE 78rpm pressing of JOHNNY PRESTON. SIDE 1: MY HEART KNOWS SIDE 2: RUNNING BEAR This record was pressed on the Silver on Black MERCURY label, in South Africa. The pressing number is MER 2021. The side 1 matrix is 17439, and the side 2 matrix is 17440. CONDITION. Playing surfaces are in EXCELLENT Condition, shiny with no deep scratches. There is a 1/2" sliver chip on the run-in area on side 1, which does not affect play. Labels are in EXCELLENT Condition, with a small spindle rubs on both sides (see photos). I am busy thinning my collection down, so I have listed many other 78 RPM 10" records, including many VERY SCARCE South African 78's, by different artists.
