Hi All, and welcome to the continuation of the thinning out of my boy’s stuff. I’ve had a little more time available this week so I have been able to select a few of the more choice cuts in the collection for your consideration. The following few albums are up for 10 day’s this time around, and are due to finish Sun 31 Jul. For your consideration we have:

Issue: Original 1969 issue on the fab BLUE HORIZON Label
Vinyl Condition visual: The vinyl grades as EX; the vinyl retains all of its gloss and deep sheen and is superbly clean. There is virtually no handling marks or any other marks at all. Theres not even much trace of removing the record from the sleeve, it is that good!
Vinyl Condition Playback: The vinyl grades as EX; Almost a silent run in, just one or two very minor and low level clicks on the first few revolutions, and possibly once or twice thereafter, aside from this it’s just fab music delivered superbly. The vinyl sits perfectly flat on the turntable.
Label Condition: Ex; look at the pics, no damage, writing or unwanted blemishes at all; super clean.
Cover Front: The front cover Grades as VG+ ; the laminated front is clean and undamaged and has retained its shape. The central image is clear. The lamination is excellent across the whole front, however, it stops short by a 1mm at the opening edge. There is some very light and mild laminate creasing in places, mostly but not exclusively restricted to the spine side. All edges are secure. There is some mild ring-wear, depression mark starting to show, nothing too drastic at all but it is visible when viewing the cover at angle in the light. Overall however, a VG example of this sleeve.
Cover Back: VG+; the laminated back is in VG+ condition being clean and damage free. There is some very slight rubbing in one or two places most notably near to the edges, and there is the slightest of ring-wear/depression starting to show (very lightly) which is only really seen when viewing the back cover from an angle. The laminate is starting to lift in afew spots, near the spine most notably.
Spine: VG+; the spine is intact, clean and with good lamination cover. It is slightly rounded off; however all the text is still very much legible. No splits, tears or damage at all.
Corners: VG; They are all slightly knocked and bumped,but mostly they retain a sharp and square edge; the top left corner when viewed from the front is a tad more bumped and there is a bit more creasing at this corner. I've tried to photograph this for you.
Summary: If you collect this wonderful label, and why wouldn’t you, this is a fab one to have in the collection. It’s mostly in the Robert Johnson genre of blues, just superb. Good stuff like this doesn’t present itself too often and it’s certainly going to get more difficult in the future. Here’s your chance to grab a very decent copy of a much sought after Blue Horizon album that doesnt crop up too often. I have attempted to describe this album as honestly and accurately as possible, so if you are seeking a Mint copy pse do not bid on this copy, this copy is graded as VG+ to Ex. I send all records out in proper mailers with stiffeners so they should arrive as they left me. Finally, I offer a no quibble refund If you’re not delighted with your purchase, less postage of course. I can’t be fairer than that. Good Luck.
