Description
This is a fine original quadrophonic pressing copy of a 1973 LP by Texas blues-rock guitarist Johnny Winter. After releasing two LPs as the oddly named group Johnny Winter And, Winter reverted to solo billing for this LP. His supporting group remained largely the same, however, though Rick Derringer is listed as a producer and guest musician on a few tracks rather than a full-time member. Todd Rundgren also guests on one track. The LP includes covers of two Rolling Stones songs, "Let It Bleed" and "Silver Train" (the latter from that year's Goat’s Head Soup). The gatefold jacket is close to pristine (M-). The disc is clean with some fingerprints and light scuffing, and plays with some light surface noise -- EX(+). The record comes with a custom inner sleeve (M-).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
