Fair-Good :  (my lowest grade) the record shows quite a few surface marks and plays with audible scratches, although after professionally cleaned plays better  than it looks 

( I only put these on if they are particularly rare or collectable)

Good : The record shows some surface marks but none are too bad and lays with  light audible scratches.

Véry Good :  The record will only show very light scuffing and a few audible scratches.

Very Good + :  The record has the lightest of surface marks and plays with only the usual vinyl background sound (with ocassional light 'pops' or 'clicks'

Near mint:  As it says, visually perfect and may only have been played once or twice

Mention  :  Neuf  or  New  - Exclusivement si tel est le cas (Ces objets sont tous d’occasion bien sur  n'est ce pas ! Of course) !
