Up for sale is a painfully rare 45 from Jonathan Capree
From what I understand, only a few copies have been discovered over the years.
This one was recently found in small collection in Baltimore.

Condition:
I would grade the vinyl to be VG. All marks are superficial, most are extremely light, and none are problematic. Each side has numerous surface marks, some are readily visible, most become a bit more apparent when held to the light. There is a slight blemish on the side B trail-in that does not affect play. The vinyl still retains a nice deep black shine, and was probably not played too many times. Great clean sound with hardly any background noise. In very good shape for a record as scarce as this one.
