Description
Up for bid is the Brahms Horn Trio STEREO LP SR 90210 on the red with silver print and a deep groove on both sides. This is on the MERCURY LIVING PRESENCE HIGH FIDELITY Records label. The record is a solid VG+, with a couple of very faint scuffs, very little spindle wear, and the slightest hint of a lip warp. The LP also has what I call "pattern transfer," as when an LP sits in a inner sleeve so long there are faint patterns transfered from the sleeve to the LP. You can see them, but you can't feel them. I have played the LP, and it sounds great!! Perhaps a professional clean will remove these faint impressions. The LP has SR 90210A/B in the dead wax. FR - 1 and an "I" is also machine stamped on both sides in the dead wax. The cover is a solid VG+, nicely laminated, no split seams, with a small crease in the upper right corner of the front side. There is a bit of scuffing on the bottom seam that does not split the seam. Has the "Inspected by #214" stamp on the back. Despite everything I have listed, as I try to be as thorough as possible, this is a very nice set, not to be missed!!
