Description
The product is a vinyl LP titled "Escape" by the artist Journey, released in 1981 by A Records. This first edition, Pitman Press, and first pressing features original inner sleeve and cover, and is in very good shape with a plastic slipcover. The record is in stereo format, on black vinyl, and includes tracks from various eras including the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. The album is a must-have for collectors and fans of classic rock music, and it would make a great gift for any vinyl enthusiast, especially for special occasions like Christmas or birthdays.
Play tested. No issues. Vinyl shows light hairlines and one more visible scratch that is feel-able, but not audible on my player. Outer sleeve shows minimal wear and inner sleeve is original and splitting at bottom and sides. Ships in archival quality anti-static sleeve
Thank you for your purchase!
I try to capture all flaws in photo and be as transparent as possible, yet are not all play tested and therefore may, ir may not skip, have crackes, etc. affecting play. I use the following LP record grading system:
• All records are removed from sleeve and album cover and placed in plastic cover to reduce splitting during handling and shipping
• Mint (M): The record is unplayed and in perfect condition
• Near Mint (NM): The record has been handled with care and has minimal wear
• Excellent (E): The record has minor signs of wear but plays perfectly
• Very Good Plus (VG+): The record has some signs of wear, but it plays well and the wear doesn't affect the sound quality
• Very Good (VG): The record has surface noise that's noticeable in soft passages, but it doesn't overpower the music
• Poor (P) or Fair (F): The record is in poor condition and has major noise issues, skipping, repeating, and scratching
** all records ship outside of outer and inner sleeves to avoid splitting damage that can occur during shipping. Shipped in cardboard vinyl LP record shipping box and record in archival quality anti-static sleeve
